Power Yoga (All Levels)
Our signature class with a style inspired by vinyasa flow. Suitable for anyone looking for an uplifting, enlightening, dynamic flow experience. One of our skilled and passionate teachers will take you on a journey that emphasizes fluid transitions and rhythmic quality of movement. Our playlists will inspire and uplift your practice.
Relax longer. Our Yin class will bring you to a calmer and more meditative state as you hold poses for 3 – 5 minutes, stretching your connective tissue and encouraging a deeper release to create more space in your body. Enjoy calm music, optional essential oils, prop support, and in-depth guidance from your instructor.
Total Body Conditioning "Old/NEW School"
We crank up music from the 80’s to the latest "Top 40" while doing 30-45 second intervals of cardio mixed with bouts of weight training. Don’t worry about bouncing or jumping around during the cardio portions; we provide both low- and high-impact options to accommodate all levels. If you're looking for a quick & fun workout that will leave you feeling “good sore” afterwards, then this is it!
Gentle / Senior Flow
Gentle yoga exercises help maintain flexibility and strength to prevent falls or fractures. Lung capacity is improved with yoga breathing exercises, and arthritis pain is reduced by gentle stretching.
Hatha Flow (With Optional Heat)
Strengthen the Body, Calm the Mind, Open the Heart. A Hatha Flow class is taught with unique sequencing to promote a dynamic + relaxing experience. This class incorporates all aspects of a traditional Hatha yoga class – breath, meditation and postures – while challenging your co-ordination through movement. This class is Level 1-2 and is suitable for beginner and intermediate students.
Indulge in restoration. Our Restorative class is specifically designed to refresh and rejuvenate every aspect of your being. Your instructor will guide you into reclined postures and assist you with the support of blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows for a truly magical, mini-retreat-like experience
Enjoy a full-body yoga workout with weights. Transform your body and mind through Yoga Tone’s challenging and dynamic sequences. This class will strengthen your core and tone your muscles using various weights and exercises.
Levels 1 & 2 Flow
Level 1 Flow: The basics and fundamentals of yoga poses are introduced. Learn the process of proper alignment in the poses, breathing techniques, the use of props in your practice and build confidence in your yoga postures. These classes are designed for both students with no experience as well as the seasoned practitioner.
Level 2 Flow: Students work with more complex standing pose sequences and explore the subtler actions of the postures for better alignment. Students will also explore inversions, such as headstand and handstand, and arm balances, such as crow pose. Students should be very comfortable in Level 1 Flow classes before taking Level 2 Flow classes. Level 2 Flow is not appropriate for students who are new to yoga.
Barre fitness classes are simply ballet-inspired workouts, incorporating a ballet barre and maybe some plies and pirouettes into the workout here-and-there. Essentially, Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music.
Bring a deep sense of harmony and balance to your movement and life with T'ai Chi (Taiji). A knowledgeable teacher will guide you through a series of meditative Taiji movements and Qigong breathing exercises known to improve health and well-being in many ways.
