Accupunture

Acupuncture improves the body’s functions and promotes the natural self-healing process by stimulating specific anatomic sites--commonly referred to as acupuncture points, or acupoints. Traditional Chinese medicine explains acupuncture as a technique for balancing the flow of energy or life force — known as chi or qi (chee) — believed to flow through pathways (meridians) in your body. By inserting needles into specific points along these meridians, acupuncture practitioners believe that your energy flow will re-balance. Acupuncture can relieve pain and improve Sleep, digestion and emotional well-being

 

Baby Massage

Baby massage is a soothing therapy to help your baby relax and sleep. During this session, you will learn ancient art of infant massage techniques. Also, you will learn about the benefits of infant massage, how to listen and communicate with your baby, and develop a loving and nurturing relationship that can last a lifetime. After this session, you will know how to do a full body massage, special massage strokes and techniques that can help reduce gas/colic and improve sleep patterns.

 
 

Crystal Healing

Crystal Healing is a natural healing method using therapeutic crystals and gemstones. The crystals and gemstones are placed on specific energy points on the body or around the body to release negative energy, congestion and emotional tension allowing the person to heal and come back into balance. Each crystal has a unique structure and healing frequency and it’s this special resonance that gives the crystal its healing power. When the crystal is used therapeutically and with focus, it helps to bring the body’s energy systems back into balance and stimulates the body’s natural healing processes so that the person can heal physically, emotionally and spiritually. Crystal therapy is non-invasive, gentle and restores harmony to the body, mind and spirit as it clears away negativity, fear, depression, and disease patterns to achieve feelings of well-being and wholeness.

 
 

Energy Healing

Using a combination of Reiki, aura clearing, chakra balancing, aromatherapy, crystal therapy, Light Language, shamanistic practices, sound, and more, practitioner creates custom healing sessions to help reduce stress, pain and discomfort, and help facilitate the release of energy blockages. An Intuitive Energy Healing session lasts one hour. During the session, you are fully clothed while lying comfortably on a massage table. Unlike massage, there is no actual physical manipulation. Practitioner simply places hands above, or gently on, your body. During an Intuitive Energy Healing session, you may experience sensations such as heat, warmth, coolness, or tingling. Sometimes, it can feel so relaxing that you actually fall asleep! Often, practitioner receives intuitive messages, which they share with you, if you so choose.

Health Coach

Hollistic approach to supporting the whole person. Health coach is a supportive mentor who motivates individuals to cultivate positive health choices. Also, health coach educates and supports clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments. They are highly educated guides in the fields of nutrition, wellness, bio-individuality and mentoring. During the session, health coach will create harmonic and individualized wellness program to meet your needs.

 

Hypnotheraphy

Hypnotherapy is a trance-like state in which you have heightened focus and concentration. When you're under hypnosis, you usually feel calm and relaxed, and are more open to suggestions. Hypnosis can be used to help you gain control over undesired behaviors or to help you cope better with anxiety or pain. It's important to know that although you're more open to suggestion during hypnosis, you don't lose control over your behavior. We offer healing inner child, past life regression, and hypnotherapy for addictions.

life Coach

Our resident life coach uses a strengths-based approach to help clients discover what makes them unique and powerful. Life coaching is offered in private and group settings as well as series and individual workshops. Common coaching topics include: building confidence and self-esteem, discovering passions and life purpose, career coaching, work-life balance, health & wellbeing, relationships, and stress management. We also offer a special focus on Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and the low-FODMAP diet.

Personal Training program offers fantastic one-on-one exercise guidance. These packages are specifically designed to develop permanent, positive changes to your health, your level of physical fitness and your overall well-being. Following your initial consultation, interview and body composition reports and analysis, your progress is carefully tracked over the course of your training program with periodic reevaluations to ensure that you are progressing at an appropriate pace toward meeting your ultimate fitness goals. 

Reiki

Reiki is a healing art with its roots in Japanese origin. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. A complete Reiki session is offered to a fully clothed recipient who is lying on a treatment table or sitting comfortably supported in a chair. A Reiki session can help ease tension and stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. A session is pleasant and relaxing and is often utilized for one’s personal wellness.

 

Sound Healing

Sound healing is a blissful experience that results in real help and benefits physically, emotionally, and mentally. This holistic healing method promotes rejuvenation and healing, reducing feelings of tension, anxiety, and depression, and increasing spiritual well-being. It is a non-invasive and gentle—but powerful—way to cure negative patterns and/or self-defeating behaviors, and it can even clear out various forms of toxins from the body and re-balance all of the chakras [internal centers of energy]. Sound healing elevates the emotional state and facilitates physical healing through profound deep relaxation by exposing the body and mind to individual notes and waves of harmonic frequencies. The sound frequencies, customized and original to each session and client, simultaneously relaxes and sharpens the brain, thereby enhancing memory and creativity, while expanding awareness and consciousness.
