Our resident life coach uses a strengths-based approach to help clients discover what makes them unique and powerful. Life coaching is offered in private and group settings as well as series and individual workshops. Common coaching topics include: building confidence and self-esteem, discovering passions and life purpose, career coaching, work-life balance, health & wellbeing, relationships, and stress management. We also offer a special focus on Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and the low-FODMAP diet.
We offer weekly group coaching sessions every Thursday at 7:00pm. Each week will focus on a different topic, chosen by our life coach, or bring your own topic!
hot stone therapy
Hot stone therapy relieves stressed and tight muscles while promoting an overall sense of well-being. When applied to the feet, it can have acupressure benefits and soothe sore leg and feet muscles.
Cupping creates suction and pressure that loosens muscles, encourages blood flow and sedates the nervous system. It's excellent for high blood pressure. Cupping also relieves back and neck pain, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism and even cellulite.
