Please register for each Yoga Toka class in advance using the Schedule page of our website. If you prefer, you may also find us on the MINDBODY mobile app and register for a class there by following on the link below on your mobile device:
To reserve a class, you must first sign-in to your online account (powered by MINDBODY). If this is your first time signing into our website, please create a MINDBODY account by clicking the link below:
If we see that there are no students signed up for a class, the class may be canceled. Please be sure to book as early as possible if you plan to attend a specific class on our schedule.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cannot attend a class for which you have registered, we ask that you cancel your reservation as early as possible through your MINDBODY account. Late cancellations made less than 5 minutes before the start of class will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. Clients with a Monthly Unlimited Membership receive two free late cancellations and will be charged the $10 fee for every late cancellation after their first two.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY:
To cancel a Monthly Unlimited Membership with Yoga Toka, please let us know in writing either by sending us an email us directly at email@example.com or by completing the form on our website’s Connect page. We ask that you let us know that you would like to cancel at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
While we do our best to ensure that Yoga Toka as safe and secure as possible at all times, your use of the studio at any time is at your own risk. Yoga Toka is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of any personal property.
While we welcome you to bring and use your own equipment during class, Yoga Toka offers yoga mats for student use free of charge, along with a variety of yoga props (bolsters, straps, blocks, etc.) and fitness equipment (weights, kettlebells, etc.). We do ask that you clean and sanitize all equipment used during class using the available cleaning spray and towels.
If you have any physical or medical concerns, please consult your physician before starting any new exercise program. Also, please inform your instructor before the start of any new class so that they can offer you any appropriate modifications or recommendations to ensure your best workout.
